Returns & Refunds

I want you to be completely happy with your print. If something isn't right, let's sort it out.

Changed your mind?

You have 30 days from the day your print arrives to change your mind, for any reason at all. Just let me know at info@petercox.ie, then send it back within 14 days, in its original packaging and in the condition it arrived. Once it's back with me, or you send me proof of posting, I'll refund what you paid, including the standard delivery, to the card you paid with, within 14 days. The return postage is yours to cover.

This covers every print in the sizes and finishes on the site. It doesn't cover work made to your own specification: a custom size or crop, an inscription, or a commission.

If it arrives damaged, or isn't right

If your print arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, tell me within 30 days and I'll replace it or refund you in full, whichever you'd prefer, at no cost to you. A photo of the damage and the packaging helps me sort it out with the courier.

Guaranteed for life

Your print is made to last. If it ever fades or develops a fault in the printing while hanging indoors, out of direct sunlight, I'll replace it with a new print of the same photograph, free. That's for the original buyer, for as long as you own the print. It doesn't cover accidental damage, damp, or a print that has hung in direct sun.

Swap it after a year

Tastes change and walls change. Once your print has been with you for a year, if it no longer suits, you can send it back in good condition and I'll credit what you paid towards a different photograph. One swap per print, for the original buyer. You cover the postage back to me and the delivery of the new one.

Books and gifts

Books and anything else that isn't made to order can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

None of this takes away from your rights under consumer law. It adds to them.

Not Sure? Ask First.

If you're unsure about sizing, format, or whether a particular image will suit your space, please get in touch before ordering. I'd much rather help you choose the right print than have you disappointed after it arrives. I can advise on sizes for specific wall spaces, how different formats look, and how an image will feel in your room's lighting.

A Note on Colour & Lighting

Every monitor, phone, and tablet displays colour differently — so a print will never be a pixel-perfect match for what you see on screen. I print on calibrated, colour-managed equipment using museum-grade archival inks, and the results are excellent. That said, the room where you hang a print makes a real difference. Landscape photography often features rich, deep tones — and a dark or moody image will look its best in a well-lit room. If you're unsure whether a particular image will suit your room, ask me — I can give you an honest steer.

Mugs & Phone Cases

These are fulfilled by a third-party print partner. If there's an issue with quality or damage, contact me with photos and I'll arrange a replacement or refund through the supplier.
